Harrison's Sports

Harrison started some of his sports activities on Tuesday evening. Harrison started swimming and diving lessons at the Royal Commonwealth Pool which is in the vicinity of the University of Edinburgh. Phil did a great job in talking to the coaches and getting them information about the levels Harrison has reached in these activities in Calgary because he seems to be in the right groups for these activities. Harrison had to do a lot of laps in his swimming - at the end the coach was surprised to find out that Harrison is only 6 going on 7 when the other boys in the class are all between age 9 to 11. The coach asked Harrison if he wanted to go in a level that would have less lap swimming and he said that he would like to stay in this one. We are so proud of how Harrison has developed in these activities in his skill and discipline. Harrison also gets to do swimming once a week at school because the school has a pool in the basement. Harrison will also be taking gymnastics, scouts and fencing starting soon. Between all the classes and his biking and walking - he'll be very fit for his age. Phil will be teaching a yoga class once a week at the Royal Commonwealth Pool starting in September!
