Harriet and I took turns kayaking and water-skiing. The whole family enjoyed boating (both on a speed boat and on a much slower paddle boat ... our legs were already tired from the bike ride!) Harrison and I tried canoeing one evening but unfortunately we tipped the canoe shortly after starting and decided to "cut it short" since we were wet and cold. Harrison did some high flying with a bungee cord and trampolene then he and Phil harnessed up to do a little bit of rock climbing.
This is really a beautiful area of Scotland and we had a great weekend. Harriet, who tends not to sleep well in a tent, really enjoyed the extra space and luxury of the holiday home / caravan that we rented. Our whole family being active together outdoors was the best father's day gift I could ask for.
