Our new home

Well we moved from Edinburgh to Broughty Ferry (a neighbourhood in the east end of Dundee) about 2 weeks ago. It feels great to have moved out of the flat we were renting and into our new home that we bought. It has taken some time to get mostly unpacked and settled but it feels very satisfying now that we have. On the weekend we even painted the kitchen, a wall in our bedroom and several doors. We think our new home is great ... it's small in size but big in personality and the location is simply amazing ... we live only 3 blocks from the coast. Dundee is known to be one of the sunniest places in Scotland (because of the surrounding hills that affect the weather) and after living in a basement flat the last couple of years we now really appreciate all of the sunshine we get in our new home (top floor of a 3 floor building).
