Harrison got a new badge for Beavers (scouts) ... a badge for swimming Level 1. We are really proud of him and he is already well on his way to the next level ... just needs to build endurance to tread water for 3 minutes.

We have recently taken a couple of day trips to Dundee on the train to check out the town and learn more about things to do there. It is a beautiful train ride there ... about 1 1/4 hours north-east of Edinburgh across the Firth of Forth and the Firth of Tay. Dundee is right on the water and it is beautiful in that area with lots of beautiful little towns.

We have seen some really fun shows at the Edinburgh Playhouse ... the Sing-A-Long Sound of Music and the Rat Pack (which was a group of dancers/singers) impersonating Sammy Davis Jr, Dean Martin, and Frank Sinatra.
